TS3 - Resilient communities: the social, economic, legal, and cultural dimensions
Description and objectives
General Objective:
Engage local communities in the planning and design of civil protection (CP) interventions by empowering key local figures who can act as territorial liaisons, community activators, and facilitators of listening and participation moments. These figures will support emergency planning, design of interventions for territorial safety, and promote the creation of collaborative agreements among stakeholders.
Specific Objectives:
- Strengthen the skills of individuals who can act as activators to involve their communities in initiatives related to emergency planning, participatory design, and the development of collaborative agreements.
- Increase collaboration between citizens and local administrations in risk prevention and management through participatory events and the adoption of collaborative agreements.
- Improve the sustainability of engagement actions by defining and testing tools that promote and facilitate community participation.
