Return Final Meeting

The final meeting of the RETURN project will take place in Naples, at the Stazione Marittima Congress Center, from December 3 to 5, 2025. The event, open upon registration, will feature the presentation of research results and scientific posters, as well as thematic sessions and opportunities for discussion among project partners.

Registration for the Return Final Meeting is now open.

Registration is free. The registration deadline is November 7, 2025.

A social dinner will be held on December 4th at a cost of € 60,00 per person, which can be purchased with your registration using a American Express, VISA or Mastercard credit card.

The social dinner will be available subject to availability.

The dinner is open to accompanying persons. They must register on the portal and purchase the dinner directly from their own profile.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Refunds will not be available for dinner cancellations after November 17th.

Abstracts for poster presentations during the event may be submitted. The deadline for the submission is November 7, 2025

Once you have completed the abstract, please fill out all the required information in the appropriate form and upload the abstract in PDF format when prompted.

Abstract and presentation must be in English language.
