On 25–26 June 2026, at the Complex of Saints Marcellino and Festo of the University of Naples Federico II, the RETURN Foundation will host the international conference “Return Conference: Legacy and Future Perspectives through the RISING and TOWARD Programmes.” The event will focus on reviewing the achievements and future outlook of the RISING and TOWARD programmes, fostering dialogue among institutions, the scientific community, stakeholders, and partners involved in research and innovation activities.
Over the course of the two-day conference, participants will explore the objectives, operational structures, and governance models of the RISING and TOWARD programmes, as well as opportunities for interoperability, coordination, and the long-term sustainability of the initiatives launched. The event will also provide an open forum for discussion on future challenges and potential pathways for strengthening the expertise, infrastructures, and collaborative networks developed in recent years.
