On April 13, 2026, at the Galleria Serianni of the Fondazione Dante Alighieri (Piazza Firenze 27, Rome), the RETURN Foundation is hosting a meeting dedicated to Italian municipalities to present the main results and products developed within the PNRR RETURN project.
The initiative represents an opportunity for institutional and operational dialogue aimed at strengthening collaboration between the research system and local administrations, with the goal of promoting the adoption of innovative tools and models for territorial resilience.
The PNRR RETURN project, coordinated by the University of Naples Federico II and carried out in collaboration with numerous universities, public and private research bodies, local authorities, and companies, is focused on developing advanced solutions to address major environmental, natural, and anthropogenic risks, with particular attention to urban contexts.
During the event, the results achieved over the three years of project activities will be presented, highlighting the contribution of scientific research to risk prevention and management. Special focus will be given to future collaboration opportunities with municipalities, particularly in relation to the implementation of more effective and integrated local policies.
The meeting therefore represents an important opportunity for sharing and co-design, aimed at strengthening the link between innovation, territorial governance, and citizens’ safety.
